How can I access and listen to the courses?
How to Access and Listen to Your Course
Once you’ve purchased a course, you will receive a download link via email and on the confirmation page. The download is a ZIP file containing:
An MP3 audio file
A PDF transcript
A PDF worksheet
Option 1: Download the Complete ZIP File (Recommended)
This ZIP file contains all course materials in one download. To open it, follow the instructions below based on your device or operating system.
Then:
Windows (PC)
Download the ZIP file via the link you received.
Right-click the ZIP file and select “Extract All…”
Choose a location and click “Extract”
Open the extracted folder. You’ll find:

.mp3file (open with any audio player, like Windows Media Player or VLC)Two
.pdffiles (open with Adobe Reader or your browser)
macOS (Apple Computer)
Download the ZIP file.
Double-click the ZIP file — macOS will automatically unzip it.
Open the folder to access:
The MP3 (plays in Music, QuickTime, or VLC)
The PDFs (open in Preview or any PDF reader)
Linux (Ubuntu or other distros)
Download the ZIP file.
Right-click and choose “Extract Here” or use
unzipin the terminal.Open the folder and use:
Any media player (Rhythmbox, VLC, etc.) for the MP3
Evince, Okular, or any PDF viewer for the PDFs
Android Phones & Tablets
Download the ZIP file using your browser.
Use the built-in “Files” app or a free app like ZArchiver to unzip it.
Inside the folder:
Tap the MP3 to play it in your default music app
Open the PDFs with Google PDF Viewer or any reader app
📌 Tip: If your phone can’t open ZIP files, try a free app like “RAR” or “ZArchiver” from the Play Store.
iPhone & iPad (iOS)
Tap the download link and choose “Download”
Open the “Files” app and locate the ZIP file in Downloads
Tap the ZIP to automatically unzip it
Open the folder to:
Play the MP3 using the built-in player or Files app
View the PDFs using Books or any PDF reader
📌 Tip: If your iPhone doesn’t unzip automatically, use a free app like “iZip” or “Documents by Readdle”
Option 2: Download Files Individually
If you prefer not to download the full ZIP file, you can access each file directly, either via the confirmation page or via the confirmation email.

You can open these files directly on any device without needing to unzip anything.
What kind of courses do you offer?
We offer both audio and video courses; each clearly labeled so you know what to expect.
How long are the courses?
Most courses aim for around 60 minutes. If a topic demands more depth, we don’t cut it short. But we also don’t believe in filler. It’s about clarity, not quantity.
Can I stream the course or do I need to download it?
All our courses are downloadable, so you can listen, watch, and reflect on your own time, anywhere.
Do courses come with extra materials?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, each course includes supporting materials, such as key concepts, reflection prompts, or challenge worksheets to help you engage more deeply.
Are the courses self-paced?
Absolutely. No deadlines, no drip schedules. The calendar is already busy enough.
Purchasing & Access
How does the checkout process work?
Just like any other online store. Select a course, check out, download.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept iDeal and Credit Cards via Mollie.
How do I get the course files after payment?
You’ll see the download link right after purchase and you’ll also receive it via email for safekeeping.
Is there a download limit?
No. But we trust you’ll use that freedom consciously, not recklessly.
Do you offer refunds?
If you’re genuinely disappointed, reach out. We’re not here to trap people with fine print; we’re here to build something that’s worth your time.
Workshops & Events
Do you offer workshops?
Yes, but only on request. Workshops (online or offline) are organized by others, and we’re invited to lead them. We don’t currently host our own events.
Are the workshops free or paid?
That depends on the agreement between us and the organizer.
Can I sign up or get notified about upcoming workshops?
Since we don’t organize them ourselves, we don’t publish schedules or announcements. Please check with the organizing institution.

Can I share this course with a friend?
Yes. If it helps someone else, pass it on.
No guilt. No tracking. No tricks.
We trust your judgment and we believe knowledge should move freely when it matters most.
What if I can’t afford the course?
If you’re truly in a tight spot, and no one in your circle can share it with you, reach out.
We’ll make sure you get access. No questions, no judgment.

I’m having trouble downloading a course. What should I do?

What if the download link doesn’t work or the file is corrupted?
Please contact us, preferably via WhatsApp or Signal, since it’s faster than email.
Do you offer support via social media?
No. For support, we use email, WhatsApp, and Signal.
We see social channels as informal spaces, not service desks.
